We were sitting around at my house, drinking beer and picking songs and tunes when we had a realisation that … hang on, this is where it starts. This is the start of all things “Diesel”. Whatever we play or write in this room is taken to the Bass and Drums at Duncan’s unit and rehearsed until its fit for peoples ears.
Then it is “gigged”. If it survives a few airings and people like it … we record it. Sounds easy? Anyway we thought we would let you in near the beginning, after the boring bit. So here are a few clips of myself and Danny Holmes playing some of our own tunes before we subject them to reverb, autotune, overdubs etc.
